CAVO is the local County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Ceredigion and is based at 67 Bridge Street, Lampeter. The CAVO website www.cavo.org.uk

During the Circuit Rider pilot project 2006-08 two members of the team worked in the Ceredigion Communities First ward of West Aberystwyth & Penparcau raising ICT awareness and providing advice and support.

Clive Jenkins has been working in IT for many years and has a broad range of computing skills from networking to digital graphics. He will be working with groups to provide technical support, making the best use of ICT and giving help with planning for the future.

Rae Coope has many years experience as an ICT Advisor mainly to small businesses and delivers the ‘123-communicate’ service of website creation and everything to do with getting on-line.
