TechSoup.org is a U.S based site and aims to offer non profit organisations a one-stop resource for their ICT needs by providing free information, resources, and support. The Learning Centre section has a large range of easy to follow articles on topics from choosing a good password, through to things like preparing grant reports for funders.

Pros:  Very wide range of articles useful for small groups through to CVC managers
RSS and newsletter options for notifications of new articles and discussions

Cons: No obvious indication of how technical an article is without opening it
Layout can be a little difficult for reading long articles
Some features of the site not relevant to those outside North America. 

Our View: Very useful collection of guides and articles for people of all levels of technical ability. Most people should find a few things to bookmark for future reference.
