Google’s free web-based shareable document manager is a very useful way of collaborating with others no matter where they are.

With Google Docs you can create, edit and upload documents very quickly.  Working with colleagues becomes easier and less confusing.  How often do we wonder which is the current version or who last edited something?

All you need to use Google Doc's is a Web browser. Your documents are stored securely online.
