Glanmor Neighbourhood Watch is a local Neighbourhood Watch association based in Llanelli, South Wales and established in 2001. The scheme aims to protect homes, the neighbourhood and community spirit by actively promoting better security in the area through awareness raising and community action.

The two main areas of assistance initially identified were to assist Glanmor Neighbourhood Watch in producing a website to further promote their activities and to advise and assist in upgrading ICT equipment. Within two months Glanmor Neighbourhood Watch, with the help of the Circuit Riders project, successfully launched their new website which is hosted for free on the Circuit Rider web server. A good feature of the website is a video giving a guided tour of the area.

Like many small voluntary groups, Glanmor Neighbourhood Watch initially had a relatively small budget for ICT combined with aging equipment. During the course of the last year, the local Circuit Rider has helped the group with funding advice and equipment and software purchasing decisions. They successfully secured funding to buy new ICT equipment and software and the Circuit Rider assisted in installing and configuring the new equipment.
